My Pricing.

At my practice, I've chosen to operate independently rather than through traditional insurance panels. This decision allows me to focus solely on providing you with the best possible therapy experience, free from the constraints of managed care that is required from traditional insurance models.

By working directly with you, I can tailor our sessions to your unique needs and preferences, ensuring that you receive the personalized care and attention you deserve. While I don't bill insurance companies directly, I'm happy to provide you with a superbill for our sessions if you wish to seek reimbursement from your health insurance provider.

This approach not only empowers you to take control of your therapy journey but also allows us to foster a deeper, more meaningful therapeutic relationship. Your well-being is my top priority, and I'm committed to supporting you every step of the way.

Fees and Appointments

My fees match the market rate for licensed clinicians in Maryland.

  • Individual Therapy: $185/ Hour

  • Clinical Supervision: $85/ Hour

  • Consultation/Coaching: $120/ Hour

Insurance
I am not affiliated with any health insurance companies and I do not bill insurance companies directly. I am happy to provide a superbill or documentation for our sessions if you’d like to seek reimbursement from your health insurance company.

Cancellations
While I typically require cancellations to be made at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment time to avoid being charged the full fee, I understand that sickness and emergencies can arise unexpectedly. In such cases, an exception can be made to this policy on a case by case basis.

Otherwise, all unnoticed cancellations made past 24 hours notice will be charged the full fee.
